first day of school i was in Henderson, so same as all, was uber scared to enter the school, so waited for my friend in the parade square, and there were alot of prefects, . One of my senior who's is my sister friend, Said to me ' hi, you remember me?' then i was like yeah(: ahhaas, then my friend came and we went to the hall after that, :] then on that day 'orientation camp' queenstown sec called my father to say that my appeal was successful. (: but sooo paisehs, cause they called out my name in front of the whole Sec 1's and 2's ;[ so faster run luhh, anyway, mr yuen brought us to the computer lab to do blogging, so here i'm, blogging my ridiculous post. and flooding my post with alot of ' ;D ';(:' lol, will update another day. Dear fellow classmates,

My first three weeks of school was interesting.I made new friends and learned knew things. Most of my teachers are nice and funny but there are some I don't like. Those three weeks were quite stress as there were lots of homework.

Among all the subjects I liked Mathematics the most as it had the least homework. I hate F&N the most as the things are difficult to memories.i am happy that I made new friends.

The food in canteen is quite nice just that the food is very little.Thats all!

In the first three weeks of school, it was a bit terrible but the most were interesting . I liked maths the most ,& science the second .telling the truth, I hated home economics the most.worst still , it is three periods a week ,so boring .
The home economics teacher was curel. I feel like slapping her ,she changed our seats without
permission and that is why Ihated her.

Being a Queenstownian, I feel very elated as I know that Queenstown Secondary is a good school and I will definitely enjoy my school days there. My first three weeks in Queenstown Secondary School was very memorable to me. I made quite a number of new friends and we had fun together. The teachers are very approachable and I like them very much. Although our homework may be a lot, but I know that they benifit us. I am looking forward to making more new friends and we have fun together!

On my first day of school, I was so helpless without any friends.Eventually I saw this girl ,Naviss, from 1a who was also looking lost.We then started to introduce ourselves.The orientation was also quite fun with all the upper secondary CCA leaders giving talks about the uniformed groups.

On the second day of school,I was quite relieved to meet this girl,Renuka,from the same class as me.I was also quite pleasured by her presence as i thought there was s0meone who i could talk to but the happiness didn't last long when she was posted to another school the following day.However,the games organised by the prefects were extremely fun.I also got to meet some of my new classmates.

On the third day of my orientation, this company gave us a pep talk about starting right in school.I had the most enjoyable day in school.The coaches also taught us a few lessons through playing some games.By then i already had a few friends.

Queenstown had been such a wonderful school that i am proud to be part of this big family.



YA! I am a sec 1 student already. In the first day of the school , i met alot of new friends : an ping , yu jia ,candy, jia hui and so on .They are very friendly that is why i like them as my friends.i also do some sports activities in the first three days but a bit boring.
i like mother tongue most and hate F&N.That is because F&N lesson is very long and i feel very bored and tired. During mother tongue lesson , only one thing i dun like,that is teacher sometime talking english sometime talking chinese .I feel that we study chinese, teacher should not talk or explain in english .
All in all , i feel happy in this school .

The first week of school is just practically orientation and meeting teachers and classmates... well...what cca did you all choose? Anyway, this is a cool class and everyone's nice! About the teachers..Miss Lau teaches us mathematics and she's very nice and patient.. the teacher who wanted us to create this blog, which is Mr. Yuen, teaches us English and Literature. To tell the truth..I really don't know how to do Mr. Yuen's Literature worksheet. Miss Lau, Mr. Yuen, Mrs Goh, Miss Lim, Mdm Tham, Mdm Chang and Mdm Zhou are basically okay. But I really don't know what to say about the Home Economics teachers... my partner, Kah Hui, is a great person and Candy, An Ping, Crystal, Yuan Yuan, Yuan Yu, Cai Feng, Eyrica and a lot of other people too. Shao Bing, Shao Ya are very terrible...Queenstown is definitely a Great School!!!:)

The first week of school , to me, was entirely for making new friends and getting to know my teachers. Well, actually the first friend i made was mei mei . The first time i met her i thought she was in the wrong school! She looked like a primary three to me when i met her for the first time., she was seriously short for her age . However, as i got to know her better, she was nice. She has nice black hair and she wore a pair of spectacles. When we went to the classrooms, i was actually shocked when i saw the black board and i thought to myself, 'what in the world are we using a black board!' Our form teacher, Ms lau teaches us maths while mdm zhou liang teaches us chinese. In a twinkling of an eye, the first week of school passed quickly.

For the second week and the third week of school, i meet more friends like ying ning , pei ying, candy, jin tong and jia wei. Ying Ning was tall and at first , she mistoke me for en qi. Funny you must be thinking. As for pei ying , i met her when we stayed back for a choir audition. Well, for candy , she sat beside me . Jia wei was introduced to me by mei mei , who was siting beside her. Other than making friends, we also had lots of homework. For example, ms lau taught us prime factoriasation and gave us homework . Our home economics teachers also gave us a quiz and some homework. Oh yes, there is also kai zhen . she is the vice monitress. she believes in herself which is a good quality.
In short, i think secondary school is very different from primary school.

The first day in school is quite boring because all the teachers don't know our names so we played some games to let the teachers know our names.Luckily our teacher,Miss Lau, has quite a good memory and she remembered all our names within two days.The first day of school was the first day we met our English teacher,Mr Yuen.At first I thought he was a very strict teacher because he looked like one.But later I found out that he was that kind of teacher that like to joke with us during lessons so that the lessons will not be so boring .Miss Lau, our form teacher, is that kind of teacher that is always so fast in everything.For example, she introduce square roots and cube roots to us within two periods of Maths lesson.And when we want to copy some examples for Maths, she already erased it and replaced it with another set of examples for us.

My first three weeks at my new school has been quite fun. I find that the school was quite good. The teachers provides students with good education, workshops, overseas trips and camps.

On the first week of school, the teachers were kind to the class, especially Miss Lau, who is the form teacher of the class, and Mr Yuen, who is the class english teacher. Mr Yuen is extremely funny. He always tells jokes to the class. A few weeks later, homework started piling up, especially the lessons that are quite hard.

I enjoyed my time at school. Hope my class feels that way too.

Never going to belive that i actually like school even though i hate the orientation camp. Snooze......... Really , cant belive that secondary life is SO ,SO diffrent ..... Really trying to keep AWAKE in class . But , lucky able to cope with it .

Life in the first 3 of schools is quite nice as I met many friends. The first friend I met is Rachel. The classroom is quite old at first, but after a decorating and cleaning up the classroom, It looks nicer and neater. Rachel is quite tall, have brown eyes and long, straight and black hair. She comes from Nan Hua Primary School and I think her character is nice and friendly. Our form teacher is Miss Lau, who teaches us math and character education. Math is not so easy, but I am starting to get the hang of it. The person sitting next to me is Ong Jia Wei. She is taller than me by a little, with black, round eyes and black, medium-lengthed hair. At first, we are like strangers but after a few days, you will find us chatting like old friends. We also shared the same likes. For example,dogs. There is also another friend who I met called Ying Ning. She is tall and have long black hair. She is really nice, that is why she will be 1c's monitress! I am sure she will be a very responsible monitress. There is also kai zhen, our vice-monitress. she wear spectacles, have short hair and is lively. By the third week, I met more and more friends.

When i woke up in the morning,the first thing i did was look out of the window.The sun have not even rise.As i wore my secondary school cloths,i felt as if i have grown a lot.When i was boarding the bus,there were butterflies in my stomach,i knew that i was really excited.

In school,the were a lot of unfamilier faces,i started to worry if i would make any friends in the school.Luckily,i made a few friends the next few days.

I am quite used to the school now,fortunately, and i hope that i will enjoy the school for the next four or five years in Queenstown Secondary School.

Yo !...1Champions, this class is very funny though...im glad that im in this class. The teachers-some are funny,some are boring,some or friendly,some are strict.... hmm~ well the best is -----> Ms Lau ^_^ our form teacher (in case you forgot) Bascically,the school is quite nice... but the facilities are quite old... but that doesn't matter as the school is under construction to improve the facilities.
well,talking about the toilets,it is very dirty,and there are no toilet paper at all! And the canteen,the food is quite nice though.But i prefer my primary school's food and toilet >_<" The school is quite big ( if all the constructions are done.) Hmm~ i was lucky as most of my primary school's friend are here with me. Now i don't know what to say... and most that i wanted to say have been said...so~ bye

Dear 1C,

My "first day of school" was half good & half bad.

The good thing was that my friends and I had a very fun time playing basketball, volleyball and soccer. Anyway, the coaches did not select me for any of the above games.......

The bad thing was when I returned home, I had a very severe headache.

The week ended with CCA selection and other games. The second week started off with Maths,which is my favourite subject. Then we had F&N , Art etc.

This week, which is the 3rd week, was kind of ok. To tell about my class, they behaved very well. That's all then.

I am 13 this year.
I like to play badminton and online games.
I was in Raffles Girls' badminton team for about 3 years.
I like class 1C .
Though the class is noisy at times,
but i could really tell that it is a good class.
I made alot of new friends.

actually, i ain't suppose to be here anymore because my appeal to bukit batok secondary

Queenstown Secondary School, the name sounds unfamiliar at first, but after a few days of activities, i got used to it and got more nearer to it's widely known name. Though it still have not take over the place of my primary school in my heart, but it is my fourth home after my Home, Grandma's and Primary school, Hong Wen.
I did not feel nervous or excited at all as this was not the first time stepping into a new school after kindergarden and primary after all, stepping into the school on my first day, i got a good impression of the school. We had sport identification and orientation on the first three days. Though it was fun, but did not got to know many friends.
After the first week , lessons started. Lessons were normal too, but subjects got difficult. Though lessons were fun and i like this school more now.
